- SOLICITATION PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT WAGE DETERMINATION APPENDIX :C' APPENDIX 'A-1' APPENDIX 'A' This is a notice for a forthcoming solicitation for commercial items for PAINTING OF TEST STANDS AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT for the 76 CMXG at Tinker AFB, OK. This announcement is only a notice, therefore a written solicitation will be issued at a leter date. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit competitively. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC/PKEA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of non-personal services listed below. Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), hearing and eye protection, including prescription safety glasses, lifting equipment and devices, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to clean, prep and paint the equipment. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment will be listed in the Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is 22 APR 2012. Proposed POP: 23 APR 2012 through 22 APR 2013 for basic year and Option I of 23 APR 2013-22 APR 2014. Location: Tinker AFB, Oklahoma The proposed requirement is for Cleaning, Prep and painting of the Equipment. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238320 with a size standard of $14M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals until actual solicitation is posted. All proposals will be due by 3 PM on 09 Mar 2012. The government does not own the data rights or the processes for repair. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Authority is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1).
