- Presolicitation Notice This is an official notice that the 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA intends on issuing a solicitation for the Cruise Missile Trainer Maintenance Support Services. The maintenance and support service shall include, but not limited to, scheduled and unscheduled inspections, repairs, operational checks, modifications, calibrations, installation, corrosion control, servicing, washing, and fabrication, as required, to provide mission capable (MC) trainers, trainer/support equipment, government furnished property (GFP), and subassemblies. Request For Proposal FA4610-12-R-0011 will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about the next 30 days. This solicitation will be a 100% Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition will be 811219 and annual revenue of $19M. It is anticipated that the contract performance will include a one-month phase-in period (1-30 Sep 2012), a base period of one-year (1 Oct 2012 - 30 Sep 2013) and four one-year option periods (extending through 30 Sep 2017) exercised at the unilateral right of the Government. The contract will also include a 6 month extension option from 1 Oct 2017 to 30 Apr 2018. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration (CCR), lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
