- Access Documents Directions for site visit Statement of Work The Operational Contracting Division, Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the 33 MXS Paint Booth Revitalization. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) F1T2AB2046A001. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811310, with a size standard of $7 million. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. Please see the attached Statement of Work for complete requirement. A site visit will be held on 9 April at 9:30 a.m. (central time) at the 33rd Maintenance Facility, Bldg 1386, at Eglin AFB, FL. Directions to the site on Eglin AFB entering the East Gate from Valparaiso, FL: please see attachment. See Clause: AFFARS 5352.242-9000, Contractor Access to Air Force Installations (attached) for base access instructions. As stated in the clause, the Affidavit must be submitted to 96 SFS at least 3 days prior to the site visit. Please provide Base Pass Request letter to the Contract specialist at least 4 days prior to the site visit. The following are strictly enforced on Eglin AFB: speed limit, not texting while driving, and cell phones must be hands free.
