- This is official notification that the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Services, Contract Services Branch intends to solicit and award a contract for Operations and Mechanical Maintenance Services at the Federal Center, 4300 Goodfellow Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri. The Contractor shall provide all administration, management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies, repair parts, tools (except as otherwise provided); and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, inspect and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located within the property line of the Federal Center, 4300 Goodfellow Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri. The solicitation number is GS-06P-12-GX-D-0030. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the Federal Government Electronic Posting System, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about March 27, 2012. This solicitation will be set-aside for all small business concerns. The NAICS code is 561210, and the size standard is $35.5 million. The FSC code is J041. Proposals will be due thirty (30) days after the solicitation is issued unless the date for receipt of proposals is extended by the Government. The Government anticipates awarding a three (3) year base period with two (2) three-year option periods and a one (1) one-year option period not to exceed ten (10) years total contract duration. The anticipated start date is August 1, 2012.
