- The Navy's requirement has changed to include two (2) C-40A aircraft. The aircraft shall be a Boeing 737-700 series aircraft consistent with the existing C-40A fleet. The aircraft shall not have any operational time when delivered, except for hours due to ferry and test flights. The Government estimates this total time for ferry and test flights shall not exceed 110 hours. It is requested that industry respond with its intent to submit a proposal for this requirement based on the information contained in this notice by 30 March 2012.
