Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), intends to renew an annual on-line membership with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), against the current GSA contract, GS-02F-1439H. Membership shall include 236 Certified public accountants working for the IRS. Services shall include access to the CPE Direct subscription, Journal of Accountancy for twelve months for special agents. The subscription includes On-line CPE Direct quarterly guides, to include examination question and answer sheet. American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) is the premier national professional association in the US. Membership represents the leading provider of professional training of accounting professionals. Award of this membership will be in accordance with FAR part 13, Streamline Acquisitions. NAICS: 813920; Applicable provisions: FAR 52.212-4 Contract terms & Conditions Commercial Items; FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items; No oral communications will be accepted. Responsible parties may submit a written proposal no more than 10 pages in length. The Government reserves the right to make membership award with out any further discussions. If no further responses are received an award shall be made to American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Quotes over ten (10) pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile.
