- This is a Combined Synopsis/ Solicitation Announcement for The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Intramural Research Program for which the agency is seeking quotes from interested vendors to provide the requirement below. The agency requires Fiberoptic Rotary Joints. Requirement to include the following items: Description Qty 1x1 Fiberoptic Rotary Joint (optimized for 62.5 um) 8 ea Hybrid Rotary Joint, Optic/Fluid 6 ea Branching Fiberoptic Patchcords 10 ea Shipping & Handling Fees 1 ea The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333314, Optical Instrument and Lens Manufacturing. Please reference the combined synopsis/solicitation number NIHDA2012 on all related correspondence. No collect calls will be accepted. No facsimile transmissions will be accepted. This request is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request.
