- Brand Name Justification The Operational Contracting Division, Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a FLIR Camera. The requirement is for a Brand Name Only FLIR Camera (see attachment) that quantity 1, model SC8200HS INSB (3.0 - 5.0 UM), 1024 x 1024, F/4, P/N: 26985-203 with standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty and shipping included. This acquisition is under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, and Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) F1T0EB2032AG01. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333315, with small business size standard of 500 employees. Offerors will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. The government will not accept refurbished/used equipment. However, demonstration model cameras will be accepted that do not void the standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty. There will be no advance payments.
