- ATI is responsible for coordinating the activities of the metrology system supplier, the measurement technology system (MTS) vendor and the Navy Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) facility modifications to support the MTS installation and acceptance testing while mitigating known risks to ensure full system operability.
