- This is to inform all the interested bidders that a site visit and a pre-proposal meeting for subject requirement has been scheduled on April 11, 2012, from 09:00AM to 13:00PM, meeting point Camp Darby, via Aurelia - Gate no.27, Depot Area, 56128 Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. The names of people already provided for the site visit cannot be changed. For additional information, please contact Ms. Orsini Elisa at 050-548367 during the following duty hours: Monday-Fridays 08:00-12:00/13:00-17:00. MEETING POINT FOR THE SITE VISIST: Camp Darby (Gate no.27, Depot Area). Only the people which have provided the personal data will be allowed to perform the site visit. The US Government Personnel will check the identification card at the entrance of Camp Darby Gate. The offerors not present on the list will be denied the entrance of the Base.
