- A&AS III Draft PWS Market Research Questionaire The following are questions designed to assist the Air Force in determining the best path for a follow-on contract to support users of the current Advisory & Assistance Services II (A&AS II) contract for a wide range of Technical, Program and IT support based in the European Theatre and areas of influence. The Government is seeking responses to these questions in order to determine potential sources and capabilities, and obtain comments with regard to contract type, length of contract performance, incentives, and any general comments on making this support successful for the end user. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this market research is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses, or the Government's use of such information. The information obtained from industry's responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and future request for proposal (RFP).
