- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS For DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE PERSONAL PROPERTY PROGRAM (DP3) PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command is conducting market research on identifying sources capable of providing comprehensive project management support services to ensure continuous successful operation of the DP3 program. This synopsis seeks identification of only small business concerns that possess the capability or work experience with the elements below: * Project management, Operational, and Functional support of a DoD-wide program or equivalent. * Business Rules and Process support. * Electronic Billing, Rates and Claims Analysis, and Payment Process support. Interested sources should provide a narrative (written) response, no more than 3 pages in length (excluding title page), to carol.e.sinnard.civ@mail.mil not later than 12:00 noon (CDT) on 6 April 2012. All submitted information becomes property of the Government and will not be returned. This synopsis is for informational purposes only (FAR 52.215-3). The Government does not intend to issue drawings, specifications or solicitation for this effort. Respectfully, all submitted information will be handled IAW applicable markings and regulations. Be advised that this request does not constitute an obligation upon the Government to pursue any follow-on contract action, in part or whole, with current or potential vendors. Questions may be submitted in writing (email) to the above not later than close of business (1600hrs/CDT) on 3 April 2012. The Government reserves the right to answer questions on an individual basis only. **A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided for informational purposes. You are encouraged to offer comments or suggestions regarding the PWS with your submission.
