- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Group, Denver, Colorado, intends to award on a sole-source basis to Centre for Energy Advancement through Technological Innovation (CEATI), International, 1010 Rue Sherbrooke O Bureau 2500, Montreal, QC H3A 2R7. The requirement is for participation in a Strategic Generation Operations Group technical research study resulting in reports and assessments on the feasibility of Hydrokenetic Technologies. Because of the specificity of the study and confidential nature of the information provided in these reports, only contributing CEATI members are able to review the information provided and receive the hard copy reports with the following requirements: a) Monthly status reports. b) Pre-workshop materials and documentation. c) A final report outlining the results of all tasks and recommended follow-up actions. d) A PowerPoint presentation. Competition is restricted to only one source per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This procurement will be awarded using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures with an intended period of performance of 12 months. Anticipated award date is March 23, 2012. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal by 3:00 pm MST, March 23, 2012, which shall be considered by the agency.
