The Questions and Answers "Q&A" can be found as a separate PDF file on FEDBIZOPS, posted under the document titled: RVSS Upgrade Solicitation Questions and Answers. (3) Change the date on which proposals must be received by the Government from Monday, April 9, 2012 to Thursday, April 19, 2012.
