- Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with JGB Enterprises, Inc. of 115 Metropolitan Street, Liverpool New York, to have them complete work-in-progress. The task stems from the Government issuing JGB a Termination for the Convenience of the Government. This action completes work frozen mid-process as a result of the Termination. This task encompasses all activities necessary to render the partially-manufactured items complete and useful to the government. Items are spread among over 60 locations nationwide. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest; accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 06 April 2012 COB. Responses should be sent to mark.c.green@usmc.mil. No telephone responses will be accepted. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 326220, and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.
