- MOUNT, RESILIENT, WEA / NON - WEAPON SYSTEM / NSN: 5342-01-371-7973 NSN: 5342-01-371-7973, MOUNT, RESILIENT, WEA. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DLA Aviation currently DOES have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 135 days. This NSN is NOT commercial. Critical Application Item. Export Control Data exist. Shelf Life applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited Small Business Set-Aside. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 5988 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 1497 each and only applies to the Base Year. These quantities will be the same for the Base Year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 04/10/2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
