- The Contractor shall provide all tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, per diem, all clean up and lodging to perform maintenance, cleaning and repairs of seven (7) substations per the attached specifications on site at various locations on the Colorado River Indian Reservation located around Parker, La Paz County, Arizona and Big River, San Bernardino County, California.
