- FULL TEXT - DFARS 252.209-7999 ILLUSTRATION OF ANTENNA MOUNT BRAND NAME REQUEST LETTER This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation number: F1S0AX2025B002 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation also uses the simplified acquisition procedures contained in Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-57 (effective 15 MAR 2012) and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20120312 (effective 12 MAR 2012), AFAC 2012-0104 (effective 04 Jan 2012). The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement (ii) price. NAICS is 334220 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. FSC code is 5985. Delivery: 30 DARO, acceptance is FOB Destination, Edwards AFB, CA 93524. The AFFTC/PKE, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase: Quantity: 16 Each Brand-name: SATIMO GH800 - Open Boundary, Quad-Ridge, Horn Antenna Description of Requirement Frequency Range: 800 MHz - 12 GHz Minimum Gain: 5 - 15 dBi Antenna performance data required to show repeatable controlled tolerances Average VSWR: <1.9:1 Antenna Return Loss: < -10 dB Polarization: Dual Linear 3db Beamwidth: 150°-20° No Bifurcation on main beam patterns Power Handling: 50Watts, cw each port Cross-polar Discrimination: >30 dB (0.8-10.2)GHz >25dB (10.8 - 12.0)GHz Port-to-Port Isolation: > 30 dB (0.8-10.2)GHz >25dB (10.8 - 12.0)GHz Impedance: 50 Ohms Dimensions: <250mm Length <270mm Width <270mm Height Weight (approximate): 1.2 kg Connector Type: PC 3.5mm female (Huber-Suhner type 23PC35-50-0-51/199UE) Material: Aluminum Treatment: Alodine 1200 (Equivalent to MIL-C 5541E class 3) Color: Air Force Blue Interface: 110mm Mount: Antennas must mount to the round mounting surface of the Dual Polarized Quadridge Horn Antenna Mount shown in the attached drawing and must interface with the outer hold patterns on the antenna mount. The antenna mounting surface measures 4.331 inches in diameter and the hole center pattern is at 3.744 inches on the mount surface. No portion of the antenna may extend back beyond the front of the round mount surface. (See Attachment 1, Mount Illustration.) No partial quotes for the items listed above will be accepted. FOB destination: Edwards AFB, CA 93524. This is a Brand-Name Request IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this combined synopsis/solicitation are invited to submit a complete quote including delivery FOB destination Edwards AFB, CA 93524. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this combined synopsis/solicitation.
