- Description
- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce On-Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting synopsis and solicitations on the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Either site may be used to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). NAVSEA intends to issue Solicitation N00024-12-R-4321 for execution planning and accomplishment of CNO scheduled Dry-docking Availabilities and Non Dry-docking availabilities for CVN 65 (USS ENTERPRISE), CVN 68, and CVN 78 Class Aircraft Carriers home-ported in and visiting Puget Sound, WA. The requirements include execution planning, accomplishment of CNO scheduled availabilities and continuous/emergent maintenance efforts. A cost plus award fee/incentive fee is contemplated. The Navy intends to electronically post Solicitation N00024-12-R-4321 in early April 2012 at the following websites: http://www.fbo.gov and http://www.neco.navy.mil.
