- Ticket History for 2011 Contract Security Specification Space available on base for contractor to perform work Safety Specification for On-Base Work Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) 1. Presolicitation Notice/Questions Closing Date: All questions related to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) or other posted draft documents are due no later than 1:00pm CST on Friday April 6, 2012. 2. PR# - F3Y0AS2062A001 3. Service/Spare/Repair/OH - Computer Support Services 4. Description: The Computer Support Services contract is being established to provide desktop computer support to approximately 20,000 base network end users. Typical services provided are help with the desktop operating system (Windows 7), configuring computer hardware and software, email, printers, file share rights requests, and MS Office software troubleshooting and installs. Average yearly ticket volume is approximately 120,000 tickets. This will be set-aside for 8(a) Small Business contractors only. 5. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base, OK., 73145-9013 6. Mandatory Language: The proposed contract is 100% set aside for 8(a) small business concerns. Offers from concerns other than contractors in the 8(a) program will not be considered. 7.
