- FMS Uzbekistan - Imaging/Radiology Solicitation This solicitation is open to vendors that currently hold a contract awarded in response to solicitation SP0200-06-R-8005 (Joint DLA Troop Support/VA NAC Imaging Radiology). Proposals must be comprised of items that are under contract to be considered for award. This solicitation covers Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements for the government of Uzbekistan. The requirement is for imaging/radiology equipment to be acquired as brand name or equal. The items are being solicited on an FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination basis. All systems offered shall include basic installation into a prepared site (this solicitation does not include site prep services) and applications training. Offers will be evaluated on a CLIN by CLIN basis. Award(s) will be made to the lowes price technically acceptable offer for each CLIN.
