- Description
- The Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison Forest has a requirement for five (5) aluminum open-bottom arch culverts for future installation by others. The culverts shall be accompanied by head and wing walls and shall be delivered to a designated site in Gunnison, Colorado. There will be one firm fixed price award made. There will be no pre-proposal meeting. Any questions shall be directed to Malinda (Mindy) Jiminez at 970-295-6683, electronically at mrjiminez@fs.fed.us or by facsimile to 970-295-6699. All questions shall be submitted by April 10, 2012, after which questions will no longer be allowed. This is a total small business set aside. The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation is on or around March 23, 2012. The due date will be identified on the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for free download at www.fbo.gov. All Offerors shall be registered to the Central Contractor's Registry (CCR) in accordance to FAR 52.204-7 to be considered responsive to this solicitation. All Offerors must be registered in ORCA in accordance to FAR 52.204-8 to be considered responsive to this solicitation. All Offerors must respond to all evaluation criteria in FAR 52.212-2 of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors to fail to meet the criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers.
