- Draft PWS This is not a solicitation. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has a requirement for a contractor to provide back up child and elder care services for its employees nation-wide via a network of certified providers. The details of this requirement are included in the attached draft performance work statement (PWS). Respondents must provide capability packages (i.e. marketing material, brochures, cut sheets, etc.) that reflect their ability to meet the requirements indicated in the attached draft statement of work. Respondents are encouraged to answer to the following questions: 1. Describe your company's general fee structure. Does your company have a model that includes co-pays? Are the fees based on hourly or daily usage? 2. Describe your company's network of providers. Does your company have a comprehensive network with at least 5 back up care centers in all SEC locations (See appendix A for locations)? 3. What are the new trends in back up care provision? 4. Describe your experience with contracts with federal agencies. Questions and comments regarding the draft PWS shall be submitted via e-mail no later than Friday, April 6, 2012. Capability packages shall be submitted no later than 1:00 PM, Friday, April 13, 2012. Capability packages must be submitted by e-mail, fax, or mail to the address below.
