- The Pacific Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to The Pacific Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to Boston Scientific Corporation DBA Medi-Tech Division, 1 Boston Scientific Pl, Natick, MA 01760-1537, for the Bronchial Thermoplasty Alair BT Cornerstone Program System for the Department of Medicine, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The required items shall be brand name only. This is a No Substitutes procurement. Please bid exact brand item(s). The items listed are: (1) BT Cornerstone Bundle Program 6.0, UPN ATS460BUNDLE, Mfr: Boston Scientific, Qty - 1; (2) Alair Catheter - Cornerstone Program, UPN ATS250BUNDLE; Qty - 1; (3) Alair BT Catheter -North America, UPN M005ATS25010, Qty - 1. This system is proprietary to Boston Scientific and it is the only FDA approved permanent therapy for severe asthma. IMPORTANT: This system must be RECEIVED by the department NLT 1 April 2012. All items shall be shipped directly to Tripler Army Medical Center, 161 Krukowski Road, Bldg. 161, Upper Level, Honolulu, HI. 96859-5000. FOB Destination.
