- This is a presolicitation notice for an upcoming sysnopsis of the solicitation for Preventive Maintenance Services of Security Alarm Sytem, Access Control System, CCTV System at the IRS service centers in Fresno and Tulare, CA. The IRS plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) of preventive maintenance and monitoring services of the intrusion and security alarm system (C-Cure and Hirsch Velocity), access control system (AIPHONE-Intercom), Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV) in four campuses in Fresno, CA and one campus in Tulare, CA. The period of performance will include a base year and four option years. RFP # TIRWR-12-R-00021 will be issued on or about 03/28/2012 with responses due on or about 04/18/2012. The NAICS code is 561621 and the small business size standard is $12.5 million. This procurement is for a commercial item in accordance with FAR Pat 12 and will be full and open competition.
