- The Bureau of Land Management, New Mexico State Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) L12PS00342 to award a single, firm fixed-price contract to an eligible small business concern to construct a water system under NAICS 237110 with a size standard of $33.5. The works consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials; clear, grub, and install water pipeline, valves, troughs, storage tanks, and related appurtenances necessary for constructing the Eagle Creek Pipeline water system. The project site is located in Chaves and Eddy Counties, New Mexico. This project is 100% Small Business set aside. Competition is limited to small business concerns.The estimated period of performance is 30 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $30,000 prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 06, 2012 and will only be available electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available.
