- The 411th Contracting Support Brigade, USAG-Yongsan, Republic of Korea, intends to issue a solicitation (W91QVN-12-R-0108) for a firm fixed price (FFP) with requirement CLINS contract for custodial services. This action will be for a base and 4 Option years. Work performed for this project will be located in the AREA III and Suwon Installations. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 561720, Janitorial Services. The Government anticipates an immediate start date. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commericial Items. The magnitude of this project is expected to between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for 5 years. The Government anticipates release of the solicitation within 2 Weeks. The solicitation and all amendments will be issued through the Army Single Face to Industry Acquisition Business Website. Offerors are required to check the above websites daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The closing date and bid opening time will be identified in the solicitation package. The Government is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the documents posted on the reference webpage's. Interested Offeror's must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Firms can register via the CCR Internet site at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the CCR Information Center at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offeror's are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR MPIN in order to log into the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. The award for this procurement will be made in accordance with the applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations. Funding is currently available for this acquisition at this time.
