- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3YCDH2031A001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-57. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 811213 and the small business size standard is 500 EMP. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - 30 portable handheld radios VHF, Motorola EX-560XLS Purchase 30 portable handheld radios VHF, 16 Channel,1400 mAH battery, submersible. Omit belt clip carry holder & charges. QTY: 30 Unit of Issue: EA CLIN 0002 - 5-YEAR WARRANTY (Comprised of Factory and Extended) QTY: 30 Unit of Issue: EA (To include Pogramming to customers supplied frequencies). CLIN 0003 - BATTERIES BATTERIES QTY: 10 Unit of Issue: EA CLIN 0004 - 6 Unit rapid rate charger with EX-560XLS 6 Unit rapid rate charger with EX-560 inserts. QTY: 5 Unit of Issue: EA CLIN 0005 - Spare Antenna Spare Antenna QTY: 10 Unit of Issue: EA CLIN 0006 - Contractor Warranty Repairs Contractor is responsible for all warranty repairs. QTY: 30 Unit of Issue: EA Items shall be received (15 Days ADC), FOB: Destination for delivery to F3YCDH. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition:FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items and award will be made to the lowest priced quotation that meets the physical, functional, and performance criteria outlined in CLIN 0001, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
