Description
Performance Work Statement The 502d Contracting Squadron - Fort Sam Houston is conducting market research for maintenance and repair of Tennant Scrubber and Sweepers at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The requirement is to provide all tools, equipment, parts, and labor necessary to maintain and repair the Tennant Scrubber and Sweepers at, Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), in a manner that will ensure continuous and functional operation as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is for market research to determine the method of acquisition. The Government's determination on how to compete the proposed requirement will be made based on responses to the notice and is at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). When issued, the RFP will be posted to FedBizOpps. Responses to this notice should include: 1) A written narrative of contractor's capability to provide maintenance and repair of Tennant Scrubber and Sweepers in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement and or marketing materials that identify the features of their particular enterprise (no more than 5 pages); 2) Company size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 811310 size standard $7,000,000; 3) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code; 4) The socioeconomic status of the company, i.e., small business concern, 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran owned small business, or Service disabled veteran owned small business; 5) Comments concerning the Draft PWS; and 6) Point of Contact information to include name, email address, telephone and fax numbers. Responses to this notice should be e-mailed to the Contract Specialist, patrick.s.devastey.civ@mail.mil, 210-295-4921. Responses must be received no later than 1:00pm Central Time on 29 March 2012.
