- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Hudson Delineated Area: North: State Street from Front Street to Eighth Street and then along Columbia Street to Prospect Avenue South: Union Street from Worth Avenue to Front Street East: Prospect Avenue from Columbia Street to Worth Avenue to Union Street (Rt 9) West: Front Street from Union to Columbia Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,450 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,450 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: • Space on a single ground floor is preferred. • Space on no more than two (2) contiguous floors may be considered, provided that if space is offered on more than one floor, at least 85% of the space must be contiguous on one floor. • The space must be serviced by at least two (2) elevators, one of which may serve as a freight elevator. • Space below grade is unacceptable. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Rentable Square Feet offered and Rental Rate per square foot. (Specifying services, utilities, electricity and tenant improvement allowance included) 6. Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet 7. Name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space.
