- A pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for: When - 11 April 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Where - Golf Course Club House (Dining Area) located on Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. Instructions for attendance - Attendees are limited to no more than 2 personnel for each offeror. The names of all attendees must be submitted in writing to NGB/AQ-E at ngbaqe.contracting@ng.army.mil no later than 1700 hours (EST) 5 April 2012. The email subject line must read "Pre-proposal Conference Attendance - EEPTSS" If you do not have a contractor CAC or Andrews Base Badge, you should enter Joint Base Andrews at the Virginia Avenue Gate (by the Golf Course Clubhouse) and tell the Gate Guard you are going to the Golf Course. The driver and passenger will have to show a valid driver's license to the Guard. NOTE: See solicitation section L-1.5 for specific directions to Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.
