- The USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), has a need to procure a Dynamic Shear Rheometer System. Solicitation Number W912HZ-12-T-0006 will be issued as a request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to award a Firm Fixed price contract using lowest price technically acceptable. The request will be for a Dynamic Shear Rheometer System. Detailed specifications will be available on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 22 March 2012. Hardcopies will not be available. Offerors should check the FedBizOpps web page often for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones. THIS PROCUREMENT IS UNRESTRICTED UNDER NAICS CODE 334516 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF 500 EMPLOYEES. No technical questions will be considered prior to the release of the solicitation.
