- The General Services Administration Public Buildings Service invites current Department of Energy (DOE) Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) holders (DE-AM36-09GO290-XX) to submit a written response to this Notice of Opportunity to be considered for potential task order awards under the DOE ESPC program. Multiple task order awards are anticipated. The response requirements are contained in the attached Notice of Opportunity. Only the sixteen (16) DOE ESPC contract holders are eligible for award. Responses to the Notice of Opportunity are due no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on April 13, 2012 via email to the Contracting Officer (see Notice of Opportunity for instructions).
