- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Title: "Maintenance of Depot Sewage Treatment Plant, USAG-LI, Italy". Solicitation Number: W912PF-12-T-0050 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Response date: April 11, 2012, 12:00PM, local time. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All offers are due not later than April 11, 2012, 12:00PM, local time, to the following address: ECC Regional Contracting Office Vicenza, Livorno Sub-Office, via Aurelia, Edificio 5131 zona Deposito, 56128 Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. Quotes submitted by e-mail to elisa.orsini.ln.asc@mail.mil will be accepted. Reference number W912PF-12-T-0050 when responding to the Request for Quote. This solicitation requirement is being advertised as a commercial order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 221320. The solicitation pricing on https://www.fbo.gov/ will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on April 11, 2012, 12:00PM, local time. The Government contemplates a firm fixed price commercial item contract award, base year plus three option years. All Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor registration (https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/) in order to receive a contract award. The Government has conducted market research and has determined that there are Italian Firms interested in competing for this requirement. Offers must be good for 30 calendar days after closing date. Site visit: the site visit will be held on April 2, 2012, 10:00PM. Meeting point for the site visit: Camp Darby, via Aurelia - Gate no.27, Edificio 5131, Depot Area, 56128 Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. Only the people who have provided the personal data will be allowed to perform the site visit. The US Government Personnel will check the identification card at the entrance of Camp Darby Gate. The offerors not present on the list will be denied the entrance of the Base. In order to participate all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting a written request not later than COB March 26, 2012 to the following e-mail address: elisa.orsini.ln.asc@mail.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail the solicitation number W912PF-12-T-0050 and the following information about the person that will be present at the site visit: First name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Type of Document and Number of Document. This information will be submitted to the competent authority in order to obtain the authorization to enter the base. We inform you that our computer does not provide proof of your mail receipt. Therefore, to get confirmation please contact 011-39-050-548367. Description of services to be rendered is provided in the attached SF 1449, solicitation for commercial order form. The SF 1449 shall be the only solicitation document incorporated into a successful offer/award. The SF 1449 provides all available information for solicitation/evaluation and resulting award. Vendors are required to complete Block 17a using their Legal Business Name. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this Agency.
