- Description
- This justificaton is for other than full and open competition is for the replacement of the current back loading dock steps with new steps. The current steps are in poor shape and tenants have been complaining about safety concerns. New steps will be brought up to code for loading docks. It was determined that due to the knowledge of faility and pricing, it would be most cost effective to contract with the O&M contract. The work is in the scope of the contract but over the repair threshhold.
