- Packing, Crating, and Drayage of household goods contract for Schedule I and II inbound, outbound, and unaccompanied baggage services in the San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas (Area I: Bexar county TX, Area II: Atascosa, Bandera, Comal, Frio, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina and Wilson counties TX, Area III: Bexar, Blanco, Dewitt, Duval, Gillespie, Gonzales, Hays, Jim Hogs, Karnes, Kerr, La Salle, La Vaca, McMullen, Webb and Zapata counties TX, Area IV: Bexar, Bastrop, Caldwell, Fayette, Travis and Williamson counties TX) of responsibility. This is a solicitation notice for non-personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense personnel for shipment and/ or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) for Schedules III. The Government is anticipating awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, with a base period of 1 May 2012 through 31 December 2012 with two (1) one-year option(s). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 488991 and the business size standard is $25.5 Million. This acquisition is being issued as 100% total small business set aside. Wage Determination No. 1996-0260, Revision 27, dated 13 June 2011, Wage Determination No. 1998-0156, Revision 24, dated 13 June 2011, Wage Determination No. 1996-0135, Revision, 26, dated 13 June 2011 applies to this requirement. This solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid and will be posted on Fed Biz Ops (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) electronically, in the near future. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet and it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by this Agency. All prospective offerors, interested in submitting a offer on this solicitation, must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database with a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE).
