- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Group, Denver, Colorado, intends to award on a sole-source basis to Flow Science, Inc., 683 Harkle Road, Suite A, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505-4751. The requirement is for the renewal of three (3) proprietary software leases of Flow 3D solver tokens and one (1) pre and postprocessor license. Competition is restricted to only one source per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This procurement will be awarded using FAR Part 12 Commercial Item procedures with an intended period of performance of 12 months. Anticipated award date is March 26, 2012. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal by 12:00 pm MST, March 26, 2012, which shall be considered by the agency.
