- PR 0045182975. Request for Proposal SPE4A6-12-R-0007, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN 2520-01-579-2302, Control Assembly, Transmission. This NSN is a part numbered item and the approved source is Powertrain Control Solutions LLC, CAGE 4WR67, P/N TCM2100AB. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. The purchase request quantity is 398 each. A 100% Quantity Option applies. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 113 DARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on March 15, 2012. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Subcontracting plan is not required. Certified Cost or Pricing data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on March 22, 2012. The solicitation issue date is April 6, 2012. The closing date is May 7, 2012. The estimated award date is June 15, 2012.
