- Main Bid Item: Contractor shall furnish all management, labor, transportation, equipment and materials, and perform work to convert 2-West Alcohol, Drug, Tobacco, Program (ADTP) to Mental Health Substance Abuse Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (SARRTP). All required physical upgrades will be corrected in this project. Scope of construction includes new ADA doors, surveillance security system, and improved hardware throughout space mandated as per VHA Handbook. The Construction Project is located at VA San Diego Health Care System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Solicitation No.: VA262-12-R-0582 Completion Time: 60 Calendar Days Cost Range: $25,000 to $100,000 This procurement is 100% set aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business in accordance with Public Law 109-461, 38 USC section 8127.
