- SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 04/06/2012. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, disposal, transportation and other items and services necessary to complete the work specifications of the Interior Painting and Flooring Project located at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542 (Barnstable County). Solicitation packages will be available on or about 6 April 2012. The tentative date for receipt of proposals is 5 May 2012 at 4:00 pm local time. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code is 238320 with a size standard of $14.0 million. Due to base security requirements, Contractors will be required to register for the site visit. Site visitation dates will be provided in the solicitation. This is a best value procurement. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 13, and in accordance with FAR Part 19.5 is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download beginning on the date of issue at the following site: http://www.fbo.gov. To receive immediate notification of all changes posted electronically, vendors should click on Register to Receive Notification. All vendors interested in teaming or subcontracting for this solicitation, should click on Register as Interested Vendor.
