- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting proposals under Solicitation Number VA-786-12-R-0060 for concrete graveliners. The contractor shall furnish, deliver and install concrete graveliners, FOB Destination, within consignee's premises, to the Quantico National Cemetery located in Triangle VA22172 All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of the contract. The graveliners are to be delivered no later than one (1) hour prior to scheduled interment time. Offers will be considered only from offerors who are regularly established in the business called for and who are financially responsible and have the necessary equipment and personnel to furnish the supplies and services required under this contract. Offers received shall be limited to offerors located within a fifty (50) mile radius of Quantico National Cemetery. The Government reserves the right to reject any offer received from an offeror that does not meet all the requirements as stated above. The NAICS Code is 327390. Size standard is 500. Any questions should be sent in writing via email to Erma Keown, Contract Specialist, at erma.keown@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about March 26, 2012. No hard copies of the Solicitation will be issued. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., April 9, 2012. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address above. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
