- This combined synopsis/solicitation commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number G11PS00260 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughout Federal Acquisition Circular: 2005-56, dated 02 March 2012.The combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a small business set-aside.
