- Questions and Answers (additional information) Floor Plans (4 of 4) Floor Plans (3 of 4) Floor Plans (2 of 4) Floor Plans (1 of 4) The purpose of this Modification/Amendment is to notify vendors that the additional information and floor plans referenced in the first Modification/Amendment are now available. As previously stated, if you have already submitted your pricing in response to this solicitation, there is no need to re-submit your pricing unless the documentation provided with this Modification/Amendment changes your initial pricing. Please note the following: 1) The term VCT listed on the attached floor plans refers to Vinyl Composition Tile. 2) The attached questions and answers document referenced a COTR. However, this was a mistake. No COTR will be will be assigned for this purchase order. COTR should have been listed as the Government contact point. 3) None of the bids submitted in response to this soliciation have been reviewed or evaluated. This will take place once all final bids have been received. All final pricing must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM CST on Monday, March 26th. * If you are re-submitting your pricing, please email me pages 3-4 of the solicitation only.
