(Code S1922) 814 Radford BLVD, STE 20270, MCLC, Albany, GA 31704, (229)639-6763, FAX (229)639-8232, or email at terry.l.whitaker@usmc.mil The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, GA intends to negotiate a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price contract with the L-3 Communications Corporation (CAGE 06401) for the following: CLIN 0001- Reset and Refurbishment of Tactical SHF Satellite Terminal (Phoenix) in accordance with the Statement of Work in Attachment 1. P/N: AN/TSC-156C, NSN: 5895-01-562-5632, Quantity: 5 Each. CLIN 0002- Contract Data ItemsNot Separately Priced(NSP) Reports to be submitted in accordance with Exhibit A (Contract Data Requirement List) in the SOW. FOB ORIGIN- Government will be responsible for transportation costs to and from the repair facility. The NAICS Code is 517410 and the small business size standard is $15.0 million. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as commitment by the Government for any purpose. The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors received within 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this notice of proposed contract action. Such offers must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offerors capability to repair these items without the Government providing any additional technical data. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. If no additional responses are received, a contract will be placed without further notice with L-3 Communications Corporation. ALL SOURCES MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) DATABASE AND THE ONLINE REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS APPLICATION (ORCA) AND WIDE AREA WORKFLOW (WAWF) TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
