- In preparation for an upcoming procurement, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Policy, Training, and Oversight Division (PTOD) is conducting market research to determine potential sources for online acquisition knowledge management services that provide up-to-date government acquisition information, comprehensive topic coverage, monthly periodical material, acquisition conferences and forums, web-based and classroom training, inquiry research service, and daily acquisition news. Detailed information regarding this requirement is provided via a draft copy of the Statement of Work (SOW), attached to this notice.
