- NSN: 6685-01-377-9137, Gage, Pressure, Dial. The approved sources are Perma-Cal Industries, Inc, CAGE 59018, part number 91-071-6205; and Circor Aerospace, Inc, 91816, part number 12-59. A Technical Data Package is not available at DLA Aviation Richmond. NSN is a non-commercial item. FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance point is Origin. The requested delivery for the production units is 72 days after receipt of order. NSN is a Critical Application Item. Configuration Control applies. NSN has a Government First Article Test Requirement for one (1) sample. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base period and four 1-year option periods. Proposals will be evaluated based on the Estimated Demand Quantity of 240 each. The solicitation will be issued Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition, utilizing competitive procedures. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
