- Issue Date: 03/22/2012 Response Date: 03/28/2012 Classification Code: 76 Solicitation Number: VA101-12-Q-0078 The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) intends to negotiate with American Hospital Association (AHA) 1 N Franklin St, Ste 2800, Chicago, In, it's membership renewal for a base year with four one-year options. The proposed action is for membership in order to ensure that the annual institutional memberships and memberships-by-title are continued in the AHA and appropriate AHA Personnel Membership Group (PMG) for VA facilities. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
