- Since the data required to manufacture the KC-135 Wheel and Brake Components is limited to Messier-Bugatti, vendors interested in reverse engineering would have to meet the engineering requirements as defined by AFMCI 23-113. Interested sources that have provided a similar item or this exact item for other government agencies should submit a Source Approval Request (SAR), in accordance with AFMCI 23-113. (categories I, II, III, or IV) The Government does not have rights to the data for this requirement.
