- SOW and Floorplan This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3742058A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-57 effective 07 Mar 2012; Defense DCN 20120312 effective 12 Mar 2012, and AFAC 2012-0104 effective 04 Jan 2012. This acquisition is unrestricted; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326192 The business size standard is 750 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7220. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1752. Travis AFB has a requirement for a poured gym floor repair. 0001-provide and install gym poured poly floorying, approximatly 3/8" in thickness. Light grey/tan in color. (***See attached SOW***) QTY: 1 Lot Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
