- The U.S. Army Contracting Command New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806- 5000, on behalf of PM IED Defeat/Protect force intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition of spare/replacement parts for the MP5000 and DSC7000 from Delta Scientific Corporation, Palmdale, CA on a sole source basis. Other than Full and Open Competition is authorized under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Delivery shall be required within 45 days or less of award. This notice is not a request for quotes. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be posted on the U.S. Army, ACC Procurement New Jersey Website, located at http://procnet.pica.army.mil on or about 15 April 2012.
